They are really unprofessional in customer service...

They are really unprofessional in customer service. It s been my 6th day that no one is contacting and letting me know if the car is approved by the bank or not, tried to call them again but instead they ll receive the call or the receptionist gonna say, I ll deliver the message. Which she does not and for that had to call again for the follow up. End result is absolutely horrendous customer service, unprofessional and they re gonna waste your time to the point that you have to look for another place.
