I've been a client of CHSM several times over the years for a variety of issues. All the therapists I've had were extremely knowledgeable and caring, and the office staff is friendly and competent. The Centre is near Lawrence and Dufferin TTC routes. There is ample free parking.
The gym is bright and spacious and has a variety of equipment. The clean change room has lots of locker space but no working shower.
I recommend CHSM.
