Their agent came to our home and presented himself as truthful and thorough. We told him up front my grandmother was diagnosed with dementia, he even met and spoke to her. He flat out told us not to lost any illnesses she was not on medication for. We'd never had to do this before so we trusted him to be honest in the information he gave us.
After my grandmother passed they refused to pay the full policy since she had dementia more than 2yrs before she applied for coverage.
Thank God she had a 2nd policy she'd started years before she was diagnosed that paid off her funeral expenses so as her legal guardian and POA we were only left with medical bills Medicare didn't cover.
This company is represented by frauds who are on my interested in their sales commission. If you choose to use them, don't believe a word the sales rep says and speak to customer service yourself
