My apartment flooded with about 2 ft of water. They said it was livable even when I had a plumber come through and we could smell the mold from outside the unit. After the first incident the sinks all then flooded every time it rained and we all know how much it can rain here. When I left the unit very clearly had black mold. I don't think they ever noticed.....
