What an incredible experience it is to be part of this studio! I ve taken private s three times a week for the last two months and have worked w every instructor and each is incredibly talented!! Every session is specific to my needs and provides a challenging workout while consistently improving my physical form. Having been a college athlete and former OTF fan, this has been a much welcomed change and my body is reaping the benefits immensely!
