Never do business with them. I placed an order for a circulation pump and booster pump because my pump motor blew. I have been doing business with intheswim for several years. They advertised the pump as next day delivery. I placed an order for over $1,200 worth of equipment and supplies. The next day I received a tracking number on everything but the pumps. I called intheswim and they offered nothing. All they offered was to cancel my order for the pumps. They were in stock but they just didn't ship them. The CS agent said we do show this is an item that we advertise as Next Day Delivery. However, we do not guarantee next day delivery. Horrible customer service. Unfortunately I have to leave town. So by the time the pump arrives and I get back in a week to install it I'll be out a bunch of additional money trying to get my pool back in shape.
