At the level of spa and relaxation we are happy, since the spa is very relaxing and the room is very comfortable. The reason for my disagreement is that we had paid for breakfast, they told us at reception that it was from 08:00 am to 11:00 am, so with total peace of mind we have come down at 10:25 am and we have not been able to have breakfast since there was a sign that indicated that it was until 10:30 am which shows incompetence on their part since even 5 minutes before the time it was already closed and with the lights off.
