Came in at 10.30am for an appointment $247+tax transmission flush in mind and supposed to take 2 hrs to be done. 2 hours later, Charles called said my "transmission gasket" leaks and he said need to be replaced and it will cost me additional $379 (a lot more than the market price to replace a gasket) !!! He said it will take about 1.5 hrs, which would be around 2pm ish. Called again around 2.20pm, still not done. I finally out from dealer at 3.15pm. My kids and I stayed for freaking almost 5 hours!!! Btw, Charles really good at 'educated' a grandma about how bad aftermarket oil filter is, how the oil won't work properly when the car started the morning . Stay away from this dealer when it comes to maintenance, they gonna try to "sell" additional services.
