Very unhelpful and incompetent. They did not know the process on how to replace a stolen green card. They told us we would have no problem returning back the US since my wife had a picture of her lost green card, this was wrong. When we arrived to the airport in Barcelona, she was not allowed to board without notarized permission from the US embassy. This costed us time and lot of money. Go to Madrid instead if you need something done right.
