I can never communicate by phone !!!! I call and call and they don't answer. I try again and listen to the recording and then leave me hanging for hours and meanwhile the call runs ...
The directives of each specialty do not work either; Ring twice and then start running the call without anyone attending to you !!!!
PLEASE!!!! WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO IMPROVE THIS ???? IT SEEMS THAT YOU ONLY HAVE TO REQUEST PERSONAL TURNOS !!!!
