Just moved to Ithaca and had Internet installed. Mysterious outages lasting 1-3 hrs. every day interspersed by periods of super slow/narrow bandwidth even though I ordered and am paying for 20mbps. Thinking of getting someone else (is there anybody else?). I'm getting fed up already!
