Overpriced, defective merchandise. The fabric and the stitching are poor quality. I have had nothing but issues since I first purchased my Thin Blue Line ISOPack. There have been issues with the stitching at the top, on the straps, and bottom flap. The fabric has torn on each of those places as well. The company backs the products with a "Limited" Lifetime Warranty, but argues with you that most of the issues are caused by "normal wear and tear", which they do NOT cover. I have returned my bag approximately 6 times, with each time costing me $20. Originally, the company tried (and succeeded the first time) to charge you for shipping BOTH ways for warranty repairs. Whenever they had done any repairs or replacement, they never included an invoice or work order. They send your bag in a box with no paperwork included. The cold compartment is very tiny. For spending nearly $200 on a bag, it is not worth the money spent.
