We were officially deceived. Meals were the same a...

We were officially deceived. Meals were the same at lunch and dinner. Although my feet were uncomfortable, they did not change my room. The staff at the reception do not know how to respect there are people who do not suit a 5-star hotel. They respond very rudely. One tour cannot be reached to the authorized person. We thought it was there before we stayed on the Coast, but they deceived us.
