Unfortunately today very arrogant and unfriendly bouncer, therefore 1 star. I am very often in Breuninger, today I wanted a mouthguard for the first time at the entrance to the perfumery because my mask was unfortunately broken. I didn't get anything by saying that my mouthguard is still good, unfortunately it wasn't true. I also wanted to pay for it, but unfortunately no communication was desired.
