I am a service and repair professional who uses Jacks for parts several times a week - sometimes multiple times a day. It is very rare that I leave there without the part I need, and if it s not in stock at the local store, they can usually get it same day or next day from the warehouse. The parts people are all friendly and knowledgeable- I appreciate that they help me to help others in the community. 10 out of 5 stars.
