Was there with family (party of 9) on March 18, 2018. Ordered appetizer never arrived, waitress forgot! At the end of visit and when my bill arrived (we went Dutch), my Pho Beef Broth was listed on the menu as $10 but the bill showed $11. I asked the waitress why the difference. She said there are fine prints on the menu saying that menu prices subject to change. Who reads the fine prints on a menu, particularly when the restaurant has such dim lighting??? If the restaurant is too lazy or cheap to print new menus, it should at least have the consideration and decency to cover up the $10 on the menu with a sticker clearly showing the new price. I gave the waitress a 15% tip - despite the forgotten appetizer and price "swindling" - and she didn't even utter a thank you. As for the Pho Beef Broth, I ordered it with rare beef, beef tendon and beef tripe. There were hardly any tendon and tripe inside, maybe two very small pieces! All in all, it would have been more enjoyable at a McDonald's, particularly no tipping is expected there.
