Had an issue with the quality manager Dale Millica...

Had an issue with the quality manager Dale Millican, an employee in quality rudely pushed my things out her way and instead of arguing with her I took it to dale and his words were he didn t see an issue with it and that the employee who pushed my things out the way had earned her position there and that she doesn t need help on second shift, she can work it alone! What did that have to do with the issue I brought to him? Also, the position I was hired for was Quality 2nd Shift . I then had to go to HR! But left the company because of dale s rudeness and comments! I will be glad to find another job!!!
