Horrible. Terrible. Preposterous charges showing up on my vehicle financing from this company after signing the loan docs with Planet Ford. 2 months in mysterious charge of $500 added to the loan principal reporting on my credit profile. Then, 4 months in added $383 as balance increase. WTH!!?? Ive always paid on time. I have hired a credit specialists to go after them. BEWARE!! *To Santander staff, we will be in touch.
