Most negative reviews should be seen for individual rentals. From my fleet user perspective, I cannot have any objections. The hotline works very efficiently, there is always someone answering, liquidation of damage - without any problems, assistance assistance, it happens differently, but this is the norm for everyone. For this they are flexible, I asked for a replacement car with an automatic transmission, I got one. I will not comment on invoicing and the financial side, but conversations with our fleet administrator show that there are no problems.
