The rep I worked with was reasonably responsive. However, his general attitude and demeanor needs an overhaul. Also, they sent me asset forms to complete from another client, and asked about houses we did not own. And when we decided to move on, the comment we got back from him was You could not have wasted anymore of my time. I am certainly glad we left.
