I am very yyyy disappointed. I had a reservation for the month of December .. and because my community was closed until the middle of January I have not been able to go .. I called so that they will please change the date for next year, and they have told me that NO .. that the day changes within the same month of December, no matter how much you explain that you cannot go out, they do not understand you (It seems that the hotel does not know that if your community is closed, you cannot go out) I think the hotel is not behaved correctly in the situation we are living in. I PARTICULARLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT since I think that when they are due to greater forces they should not refuse to change dates in these circumstances
