I had my first appointment with Jen Rawson today and it was excellent. I went to Ignite Nutrition because I was diagnosed with a hormonal disorder called PCOS, I was very confused about what my diet should look like with this disorder. Jen was able to help with just one appointment, she provided me with so much helpful information. Now I have a clear picture of what my day to day eating habits should look like without limiting myself. I highly recommend coming to Ignite Nutrition if you feel stuck with your diet choices and are in need of some help, I m sure they will help you just as much as they helped me today.
