In my case I bought a KTM 1290 Adventure in October 2018 and a month later I detected that Bluetooth was not working properly. As of 03/22/2019 it still does not work ..
It is the 4th TFT screen that I have changed and without solution. It is a general problem with the new version that affects all new bikes.
1st visit in the workshop. It's just changing the Bluetooth part of the screen.
2nd visit. It is not possible to change the piece because it is integrated. They request a screen.
3rd visit. KTM suggests uninstalling the latest firmware and reinstalling. It is not possible since they need a special cable.
4th visit They receive the cable but it is not possible even remotely connecting the specialist.
5th visit. They request to change the whole screen, it is not possible since the code they have sent is not correct.
6th visit. They change the 1st TFT screen with the latest version of the software and the bluetooth does not save the configuration.
7th visit They change the 2nd TFT screen with the latest version of the software and the bluetooth does not save the configuration.
8th visit. They change the 3rd TFT screen with the latest version of the software and the bluetooth does not save the configuration. A day 22/03/2019.

As you can see the after-sales service only have a plan of action of "trial and error", even knowing that changing the TFT screen is not solved, insist on changing it again. I have invested a lot of time as you can see and I have not received any calls or emails from KTM in the last month, they have also closed the support phone so I do not have to give explanations.
