My boyfriend booked an appointment at this locatio...

My boyfriend booked an appointment at this location as he has done many times before. This place is his favorite place to get a haircut, but after his experience here today I am inclined to convince him to go elsewhere.

His appointment was at 11am and when we spoke on the phone after his appointment he said that he thought the girl who did his hair was a little overzealous on the neck shaving portion. When we met up for dinner at 7 he asked me to take a look at his neck and it was BRIGHT RED, very inflamed. You could even see the individual tracks left by the razor.

His discomfort lasted through the night and when we got home at 11pm, 12 hours after his appointment his neck was still bright red. You could see the tracks and some area were even worse than the others. The discomfort didn't subside until his neck was iced, washed, and a soothing cream applied.

He won't say anything because he loves this place, but I don't know if I want him going back.
