The client before me went over (an hour and 10 minutes over), and the staff took the initiative to come to me and offer a discount due to the wait. Elizabeth did a great job on my purple ends!
Unfortunately, no one told me that the amount of dye that came out would dye my tub! I even used cold water :( Also no one told me that it would fade when I used my straightener! I'm a little upset about that because it is very patchy

PLEASE update your consent forms, so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. Specifically with heat use and to wash hair in a place where it won't stain anything.
