I am totally satisfied with the service I receive at Toyota of Grand Rapids, especially by the service agents. I dropped off my 4-Runner for an appointment that should have lasted 4-5hrs but due to the diligence of service agent Vern Hall and the mechanics they found other repairs that should be done at the same time. This lengthened the repair time to 3 days. Vern Hall arranged for me to use a loaner car before I even knew of the delays. I greatly appreciate his anticipation of my needs. This is the treatment that I appreciate. I have been a customer of Toyota of Grand Rapids for 16 yrs. and will continue for many more years due to the kindness and quality of service that I receive.
