I wish I could give no stars. Absolutely worst experience I have ever had with customer service. Had lightening strike and destroyed alarm system. Technician finally came to inspect alarm 4 days later and states unable to fix and that someone would call to arrange another service call....still waiting after 6 days. Tried calling customer service and waited average 20 minutes each time with longest wait time 45 minutes and then phone hung up. Worst part of all this is that I have service contract that was prepaid last year for whole year and still without alarm system
