Watch your account closely. They set up policies to legally steal your money. I used their "handy" automatic bill pay for a few months, and then discontinued using it. While you can sign up for BillPay super easy and online, it's their fine print policy that you have to come in and sign a document that says you're done using it before they'll stop taking the monthly fee out of your account. Nobody bothered to contact me and see if I really wanted to be paying for a service I wasn't using.

I didn't use an account for a period of time. All of the sudden, there was a fee for doing that too. Again, no one contacted me. They just decided to start "fee-ing" me every month.

So I tried something - just to see if there was a communication problem. Oddly enough, if I didn't make a car payment on time, they seemed to be able to find my contact information just fine. Ironic? You decide. I'll be sitting happily over at First Security Bank, where they have proven several times in only a few months that they want my business and have my best interests in mind.
