Couple months ago we took our 2012 Cadillac SRX to this dealership to check out the AC And the climate control Which was not functioning at all. After an hour diagnostic they came up with that the climate control has burned out and it needs to be replaced And that would cost us somewhere around $750. So we thought we might get a second opinion we took it to a different mechanic shop and they diagnosed it in 20 minutes and found out that it was just a simple wire connection that came loose, they put it back together and now it s working absolutely fine Without replacing anything on it and it only cost us about $120.This is the second time that Cadillac is disappointing us. We would never go back to their service shop ever again.I would not recommend them to anybody who needs service on their cars or to buy a car from them it s much better if you go to your local mechanic shop trust me
