The WORST customer service ever. I mean if you re not happy at your job, I m pretty sure some people who live on my block need a job. I called because the water bill appears misleading because it tells you when the bill is due, and you pay it by that time, then you get the next bill basically saying you didn t pay it meanwhile you have confirmation that you did. I just wanted an updated bill, but the person I spoke to was nasty and dismissive. This is the only utility company I absolutely hate calling.
