I want to take a moment to update this while I m in a better mood and not on break from my shift. Also, so I don t sound like a ranting child.

Pros:

They work really hard to find you a position. That is very clear and they come with quite a few options.

Their workers are very kind and want the best for you and your future position.

They seem to work as a team to find a job that you d be interested in.

Cons:

My starting pay is approximately $10,000 less because the company I am with has to pay their fees. Therefore I am paying search masters even if indirectly

if the job were to not work (prior to 1 year) I would be sued for the full amount of the fee which would not be good.

Final thoughts, if you are entering the working Place they are happy to help you find a position, but know what you are dealing with. Companies may offer less due to having to pay fees. You owe a year to the company you sign with.they will work hard to find a position, and don t be afraid to say I m not interested.
