Review of City Sightseeing San Francisco

If you get tour guide who tell jokes, tells you some personal stores behinds the buildings, likes to talk, likes history and has lived in San Francisco for whole live, it actually a great tour. This tour allows you to use either Grey-line or City Sightseeing buses which is actually a nice thing to have. I found most of time for day trip you need to plug in head phones, which I thought would actually be an ok experience, oh boy I was wrong, because that not that much history or telling you about city and also when they do speak they leave a huge gap in between the talking. I forget some drivers sucked because they didn t talk that much along the Golden Gate tour which was lame in my opinion. I personally found some buses in bad repair because they had rusted self belts or cracked windshield. I found some drivers sucked because one drivers was smoking inside the buses with a closed door, one driver yells a pedestrian to get out of way at Golden Gate Park, or yelled a driver to get out of way because it was not parking spot, which is ok in my opinion, or driver who did go upstairs to count how many seats where there to allow more passengers on. I personally think they should massive increase there buses fleet to allow a greater frequency or to go pick up passenger from stoping points along the red line. I personally found the stops where not clearly marked out because some stops where MUNI (public transit) bus stops which ok in my opinion but they should work with MUNI to allow City Sightseeing or Grey Line to put there bus stops to allow customer to know to board. At the stopping with no MUNI Stop should also have City Sightseeing or Grey Line stop to inform passenger about the stop. If I where the owners of this business I would look at the reviews to improve there services because I wouldn t recommend this company to sightseeing in San Francisco. I would also personally break the red line to where you can Hop on Hop off that could not have tour guide because your using it to explore different parts of the city. The other route would follow the red line but would have tour guide for sightseeing but it would allow drop off and pick up at the Golden Gate Bridge and the major stop in Golden Gate Park. Then service would actually be amazing to check out San Francisco.
