Complete rip-off. Only went there because I got stuck with nowhere else to go.
They look for any excuse to slap on another $100. I believe they caused some of the problems but don't admit to it. and of course how zero compassion.

Ground floor townhouse is a bad idea, the floors & walls are far too thin. I think there was a reason they didn't show me through my actual apartment before move in.
