This was the worst experience that I have ever had...

This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a travel company. They cancelled our tour the day before VIA EMAIL!!! The supervisor is completely incompetent....no people skills whatsoever. Even though it said to check in at 8:45....she didn t even show up until 8:52. She simply dismissed our situation and stated that she emailed us the afternoon before and that we would have to contact veltra to get our refund. Please do not book through this company.. completely unprofessional. Don t let a similar situation happen to you.
