The heater in my room was not working but Ahmad made sure the issue was resolved promptly by sending the engineer who fixed the problem. Ahmad then called the room to ensure that it was fixed and offered another room otherwise.
He was also very informative in terms of what time breakfast started, whether it was included and what time to get the shuttle bus so I do not miss my flight :)
