If I could give ZERO stars, I would!! I have been waiting almost an hour to get a ride to my gate. That is ridiculous! There are at least 30 people waiting and the ones that speak spanish are getting on the carts quickly. I assume it is due to the person who is supposed to be coordinating since She is spanish. She is incredibly rude and kind of nasty!,This is extremely upsetting. I just don't understand why I have to sit here so long!!! My husband is at the gate waiting for me and he has my medications that I need right now. These are terrible employees!!!! Especially at a busy airport like Miami!
