Horrible staff, at the door a staff member , that looked like she was on drugs or something, smirked at me when I asked how my dad was that was just brought in on a stretcher. She proceeded to ask me while I'm crying hysterically,how i knew he was brought in and of he passed me driving down the street and laughed . I'm front of everyone. Memorial is known for horrible service, bad attitudes, but this takes the cake .
