Today was my first time at Greater Boston Smiles, I was referred to them by a good friend. My son is 5 and had 8 cavities. We did have half the fillings done at the previous dentist which led to me pinning my child down... I decided it was time to try another dentist to see if they could help ease my child s anxiety. The staff and Dr. Shaughnessy took the time to explain their process regarding fillings, and put myself and my son at ease for our next visit. They are patient and kind, and clearly know how to handle situations where the child is fearful. The office spotless, bright and fun for kids!
