-Notified me via email at 3:15pm the day of check-...

-Notified me via email at 3:15pm the day of check-in that the suite that I had reserved was not available due to "maintenance" issues; I wasn't given options, I was downgraded and that was that.

-stained bed sheets upon entering the down graded room.

-hair stuck in the shower walls, probably pubic.

-The only reason I didn't check out the same day is because I just flew for 16hrs straight with 2 toddlers.

-Front desk was nice and comprehensive; still wouldn't spend one more night in the hotel
