The process was very comfortable and straight forward, and the technician always let me know when she would get to areas that may be uncomfortable. I appreciated her giving me warnings and letting me take small breaks if it got too painful, which was rarely. They were also very helpful in scheduling my sessions around my schedule, and the reminders they sent via email or text were awesome.
