I travel for work pretty often. My business no longer gives credit cards for travel in favor of being reimbursed for work expenses with our own money. Cool for people who make $80k a year, but not for guys like me. I just got back from Chicago and have not gotten reimbursed just yet for that trip, so my funds were limited as I checked in. The clerk worked with me and found a plan so that I could stay there instead of finding a cheap motel. She was very helpful and did all the math to get me to stay. It would have been so easy to just turn me away. You've gotten a permanent customer in me now. I will always stay at this location and make sure I don't book 2 trips back to back again.
