they cancelled my appointment a couple hours befor...

they cancelled my appointment a couple hours before we were due to arrive. all because I was not informed they were going to call me the same day for a prescreening of covid. Not once during any email, calls, voicemails through out the month was I made aware of this prescreening. I don't get signal at my place of work so it wasn't till after noon that I've seen the voicemails and was to late. The lack of communicate and also abruptly canceling the appointment on something that was not made aware of was ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Everything is pretty much through voicemail and email which is fine but they need to do better in communicating and advising. We expect parents to communicate, to be on time and be ready oh and only cancel/reschedule 24 hours before day of then they need to keep the same expectations.

Gave them two stars because this was all through the phone/email. I don't know how the staff is in person but I hope it is a lot better experience especially being a children's center.
