This so called service is impossible to work with ...

This so called service is impossible to work with and their efficiency is nonexistent. I ve had to submit the same paperwork to them 6 different times which just sets everything back behind everyone else. On the 4th time I sent it while I was on the phone and told the lady to take a look to make sure it was everything she needed. She gave me the all good and we ended the call. A week later I see an email saying they need the same paperwork that was just sent. If you have to call be prepared for an hour plus wait time, or you can leave them a message that will never get replied to. There s also the option to email that will also never get replied to. The staff is rude for the most part, they make it seem like having them do their job is a major inconvenience. Don t ask for a timeframe on when your paperwork will be reviewed or you ll get the response we ll get to it when we get to it. I really wish there was a different fee assistance provider available.
