Nick and the awesome team at Ken Ganley Nissan in Medina took care of our Snow White today. That's what our 3 daughters call our white 2015 Ford Fusion
I blew a tire yesterday Sunday 12/30/18 on my way home from church and called the dealership for help but had to leave a message! Today, 12/31/18 New Year's Eve, I called and spoke with Nick who immediately had one of the Team members get a new tire and set up a time for me to come over after work.
Not long after that, I received a call from management concerned about the message I had left the day before, but was glad I had already set up a time to get it fixed.
I arrived a little after 2:30 and met with Nick. He made a call for approval with road assistance, my car was taken cared of, and I was out of there in about an hour!
I'm so grateful for the awesome Team at Ken Ganley, their care and professionalism! We still love our Snow White!!
