Over time this Bella Italia branch has lost its ch...

Over time this Bella Italia branch has lost its charm. I still can remember the first time I went there, almost 3 years ago. Then the food was excellent and came quickly. Even following visits gave same impression. Now unfortunately the food took more than twice the time it used to and tasted less good than it used to. Hopefully it was only this occurrence and everyone else will have better experience there.
