I had an experience like many others I ve read on here with this company. I have rented from many private parties and some rental agencies and have always gotten my full deposit back. On two separate occasions, the owners of the houses I rented sent me thank you notes after I moved out for leaving the houses in such pristine condition. With My House Properties, I was never a day late on rent and left the the home in excellent condition. They nickeled and dimed me on my final deposit return to the point it was funny. Customer service experiences were snarky and rude. I felt like a second class citizen in most phone and email interactions. I m so glad to be a home owner again and never having to deal with this rental agency again.
