My personal trainer is Anthony Chung. I had set out a few adventurous goals that I wanted to achieve by the end of the 12 week program, and Anthony was crucial in helping me achieve that - 2 WEEKS EARLY! Without his help, this certainly would not have been possible!!! He was attentive during the sessions, and was always alert to correct my posture when needed. He was also able to take into account my injuries and structure a programme that not only built my strength but also carried out rehab on my injuries. Not only a great trainer, but also a great bloke. 100% would recommend!!!!
