The salesman I first spoke to was very friendly and things went well. He then brought me to a higher up who just said he's throwing on their standard package deal and apparently I was supposed to know that meant he was attaching several thousands of dollars worth of stuff I didn't need or really want. Before I left everything was settled and they kept calling to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks, but trying to screw somebody over then apologizing for it isn't the same as just being honest. Felt like that "higher up" salesman was just somebody's spoiled kid, shook hands like flopping a dead fish in your hand and I've never said that about anybody before.
