Reserved room was not ready at check-in time. The manager was rude, offered no compensation for the fact that my room was not ready.

The shower SUCKS. Water takes FOREVER to get hot. The TV is lower than the bed. The pillows are not comfortable and the bed is SOLID hard. If you like a hard bed, great!

The slots are tight. The casino is overly smoky and pretty small. Not alot of options aside from penny slots that don't pay out. I didn't even get to sit and play for long.

They could really use a dog area, considering they are dog friendly.
