Facility is a concrete jungle of heights and depths, an ampitheatre style complex. Facility is not very handicap friendly unless you want to go way far out of your way. The city would be better off tearing out all of the concrete and making it a giant sloping hill toward the water and install an elevator or ramp at the North end of the plaza. Restrooms are always dirty and flooded during events.
